Terms of use and disclaimer

1. Purpose

This website, viviendapropia.uy (the "Site"), provides information about the prefab homes sold under the Tu Vivienda Propia brand (the "Seller") and facilitates contact with interested parties. Use of the Site implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Information only

Plans, dimensions, photographs, 3D tours, prices and other contents are provided for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Dimensions are approximate and furniture shown is for reference and not included. Photographs show delivered homes and may include changes requested by their owners.

3. Prices, timing and commercial terms

Prices are stated in US dollars and may change without notice. The price, payment terms, financing, delivery time and insurance cover applicable to each sale are those set out in the contract signed between the customer and the Seller. The delivery period runs from the date the job is scheduled, as set out in that contract.

4. User designs

The design and tour tools allow users to express preferences about the position of openings and other aspects of the home. Such designs are requests and do not bind the Seller, who will assess their technical feasibility and cost. The published models are the most common ones; the Seller also builds homes to measure. Any change to the base models must be confirmed in writing by the Seller and may affect price and timing.

5. User account

To save and send designs, users must register with truthful information. Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity on their account. The Seller may suspend accounts used abusively or contrary to these terms.

6. Personal data

Personal data are processed in accordance with Uruguayan Law No. 18,331 on Personal Data Protection, solely to manage the account, answer enquiries and prepare quotes. News and offers are only sent to those who expressly agreed. Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, update and deletion through the Site's contact channels.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's contents, including texts, plans, photographs, logos and software, belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

The Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site or that its contents are error-free, and shall not be liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the published information, which must be confirmed with the Seller before contracting.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. The courts of the city of Treinta y Tres shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
